Hiring someone to build your website means trusting them with how your practice looks to every patient or client who finds you. Here’s what people usually want to know.
No, and I’d rather you weren’t. Your site is built in Webflow, and before launch I walk you through editing it yourself: hours, photos, bios, a new provider on your team page. Care plans exist for the work you don’t want to do, not the work you can’t.
You’ll see it long before it’s built. I design a prototype first, and you get three rounds of revisions. Because the design comes out of your Practice Roadmap rather than my taste, there’s rarely a moment where we’re miles apart.
I’ve worked with the same behavioral health practice since 2019 and watched it grow from one therapist to six. I know credentials, and for therapists supervision status, have to be worded carefully, and that the page someone lands on is rarely your homepage. I still ask, because every practice is different.
Two so far: a therapy practice I’ve worked with since 2019, and a med spa and family medicine practice in Burleson. I haven’t built a dental site yet. Altogether, I’ve built websites for all kinds of businesses for 24 years. Alex didn’t hire me for a portfolio of therapy sites. He hired me to help a new practice compete, and that skill carries over.
You do. The site, the domain, the content, all of it. Hosting is paid directly to Webflow in your name, so you’re never locked out. If we stop working together, you keep everything.
Fair question. I work in milestones, so you’re never paying far ahead of the work, and everything lives in your accounts, not mine. I’ve had clients since 2019 who are still with me.
Because most of the work isn’t the pretty part. It’s the thinking in your Practice Roadmap, then the tracking setup, the mobile testing, and the hundred decisions about what a nervous person needs to see and in what order.
The words are yours, but you won’t start from a blank page. Your Roadmap includes a content plan for every page. You can write from it, use the copywriter I work with, or have me draft it for you to edit and approve.
About two weeks for your Roadmap, then five to seven weeks for most practice websites. The biggest factor is how quickly your copy, photos, and bios come together. If life gets busy, we pause and pick it up when you’re ready.
No. Everything runs over video, email, and shared documents. If you’re near Joshua and would rather meet face to face, we can.
Sometimes. If the bones are good, I can improve what’s there. The free audit tells us which it is, and I’ll say so plainly, even if the answer is that you don’t need me yet.
Yes, as a tool. It helps me research and build faster, and everything it produces gets reviewed by me. I never put it near patient or client information, and anything that shows you or speaks in your voice, you see and approve first.
