Privacy policy
The short version: I collect only what I need to reply to you and understand how the site is used, and I never sell your information.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you fill in the contact form or request a free audit, I collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, practice name, website, practice type, and your message. Please don’t include any client or health information.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and how they arrived. I use it to see what’s working, not to identify you.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and prepare your free audit
- To send proposals, agreements, and invoices if we work together
- To improve this website
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who else handles it
- Webflow, which hosts this website and receives form submissions
- Google Analytics, for website statistics
- Google Workspace, for email
- Bonsai, for proposals, contracts, and invoices
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
If we don’t end up working together, I delete enquiries after [24 months]. Client project and billing records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing charles@starcima.us. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out tool for Analytics.
Children
This website is for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Security
I use reputable, secure services and keep access to your information limited to me.
