How much should I charge. Do I need a website. How do people find me. None of it is clinical, none of it is your job, and it lands on you anyway. I’m happy to take those questions.
I build websites for therapy and counseling practices; that’s my focus. I’m based in Joshua, and I’ve worked with a San Antonio practice since 2019 that grew from one therapist to six.
Associates finishing their hours are usually thinking about going out on their own, and almost none of them have run a business before. They ask the person they trust most, which is you. If it would help, point them at me and I’ll answer what I can.
Questions about the online side of starting a practice. No charge, and no obligation on anyone.
In person or remote, on what a new practice actually needs online and roughly what it costs. Material sent in advance.
Including “you don’t need this yet.” If someone is six months from opening, telling them to spend money now would be bad advice.
There’s no referral fee, no commission and no arrangement of any kind. I’m not asking you to endorse or recommend me, and nothing here should be read as you doing either. You get nothing from me for passing my name along, which is how it should be, given the rules you work under.
I’m also not asking for your associates’ contact details. If you think I can help someone, give them my name and let them decide.
The clients I most want are people opening their first practice. The decisions they make early shape the next ten years, and I like being useful at that point far more than redesigning an established practice’s website.
The practice I’ve supported since 2019 came to me at roughly that stage. That’s the work I’d like more of, and your associates are the people doing it.
Or send your associates straight to the page I wrote for them:
